well, they did okay with lit, usually. i mean, it is still subjective, but.. nobody of such low talent ( lack of) and a questionable oevre as this lady was ever awarded the prize... so this IS indeed a new low, Lil. for the lit prize.

one of my friends was bitter about the medicine prize too ;-) well i don't know how politicized that is, of course, but i never had any major surprises when it was announced as in - who is? that?? why?
