Я киселев-тв не смотрел ни разу, виноват. А в резолюции прочел: "...we request the Security Council to establish an ad hoc international criminal tribunal ... to prosecute persons responsible for crimes connected with the downing of MH17". И чуть выше - "...authorities of Australia, Belgium, Malaysia, the Netherlands and Ukraine have been cooperating in a joint investigation team to conduct a criminal investigation..." Всё как в обычном уголовном процессе - есть следствие, его уже провели, а есть суд - его и хотят созвать.
